Refund policy

All orders will be fulfilled as soon as possible - I am the sole owner of Sei Bello and I work almost full time with another job, please be patient with me! Once the items ship, I will provide a tracking number.
I will ship with the USPS, I am not able to control the costs for tariffs set in place. I will provide a replacement item if the item is lost/damaged during shipping, or you received the wrong item. Otherwise, all sales are final!
